I suppose To Kill A Mockingbird has made me more racily and stereotypically aware. For example when someone says that all terrorist are Muslim that clearly isn't wright. Same with assumption that Tom Robinson had done something wrong just because he was black and a white woman accused him of it. That and "A mob..."(156) came to lynch him on the night of his trial.
I also don't think it's ok not just for being prosecuted for being part of a gourp but that we should have to have such ideas in the first place. I've also be come more aware of my own stereotyps as well much as I'd like to say I don't have any. One the other hand this book hasn't really changed my life. I already knew most of what this book was about so it was more like just a story to me.
