Changing Perceptions of Boo Radley

OK I've been putting this of for a while so lets begin. B00 has put a stick of chewing gum and two penny's, and on separate occasions put "to small images craved in soap." p.59 and a pocket watch and a knife. It makes me think that boo is a nice guy he's just a touch crazy.

Miss Maudie says that "3/4 is colored folks and 1/4 is Stephanie Crawford" p.45 to scout's question about boo. This makes it sound like the stories surrounding boo are made up. Atticus' reaction to the children's play doesn't really add to any thing in my mind. Just maybe that he look down on them for doing it.

To Kill a Mockingbird Chapter 1

Well from the stories around the town Boo sounded rather scary. I don't think that the roomers are true. And I quote "People said he went out at night when the moon was down, and peeped in windows. When people's azaleas froze in a cold snap it was because he breathed on them." I could possibly believe the first one but freezing peoples azaleas come on that sounds like a myth or something to scare the children into going to bed.
I believe I would be more like Dill. I like to think about (wonder to) strange happening in my life and in the lives of others. However that's were it stops. I wouldn't try to make him come out and if I did tell one of my freind to try it would only be a joke.
